"I had an urgent situation regarding a tenant that moved out in 8/2024 of my nephew’s former residence in Anderson. The property sold and closing was today. The tenant was renting the unit and had also stopped paying when she moved out. I called and a Wonderful man named Lance dropped everything he was doing and came to my rescue. He was patient, kind, handsome and I am so grateful. It was a very stressful situation as the buyers thought the system came with the house and wouldn't back down. Apparently they considered calling the police because i asked them to vacate the driveway so Lance wouldn’t have to get it all the way out to the street. Please tell Lance I know whoever his wife is, found a keeper. My only issue with him is that he eats at wendys. I saw the bag in his passenger seat. Yuck! But oh my, if I were younger he would definitely be someone I would love to get to know."
